Krav Maga is a self-defense system that is easy to learn, built on natural and intuitive reactions. It is based on real-life situations, which makes it truly effective not only in the gym but also in real life. The event is suitable for everyone aged 15 and older (if you are interested in a self-defense course for children, please visit www.kravjunior.cz).

Previous experience in martial arts or any other physical prerequisites are not required!

This course also allows you to try everything out and then join regular classes.

During this seminar, you will get to know Krav Maga more closely, both theoretically and practically.

First, you will have a short theory session - an introduction to Krav Maga and personal safety management. Then, you will practice everything practically and learn the most effective ways to protect yourself and your loved ones.
